How to Use the Custom Mat Builder

Set your width — Pick a standard width (24", 36", 47") or enter a custom width up to 60". Standard widths preserve the factory bevel on all edges.

Choose your measurement edge — Select Outside Edge (against wall/counter) or Inside Edge (room/island side). The tool calculates the opposite side automatically.

Enter segment lengths — Type measurements in the sidebar, or click the ✎ dimension labels on the drawing to edit inline.

Add turns — Click + Left or + Right to add segments with turns for L-shaped, U-shaped, or wraparound configurations.

Pick a color and Request Quote to email your configuration to our team.

Drawing Legend

■ Gold labels = outside edge (wall/counter side)
■ Blue labels = inside edge (room/walkway side)
■ Green overlay = beveled edge (factory finish)
■ Yellow overlay = semi-blunt (1" of 2" bevel kept)
■ Red overlay = blunt (bevel removed for custom width)
⋯ Dashed lines = puzzle-tooth seams between pieces

Enter first edge — Type the length of your first edge to begin building the shape.

Add turns + edges — Click + Left or + Right to add a turn. A popup lets you set the turn angle and next edge length. Arrow indicators on the drawing show which direction each turn will go.

Auto-closing — The tool automatically calculates the closing edge from your last point back to the start, including the angles at both ends.

Fine-tune — Edit any edge length or turn angle in the sidebar, or click the ✎ labels on the drawing. All values snap to 1 decimal place.
