How to Use the Mat Builder

1. Select a color — Choose Gray or Black from the color selector.
2. Place pieces — Click or tap on empty grid cells to place mat pieces. The builder automatically determines whether each piece is a Corner, End, or Center based on its neighbors.
3. Erase pieces — Switch to the Erase tool and click pieces to remove them.
4. Resize the grid — Use the W (width) and H (height) controls to change the grid size.
5. View in 3D — Switch to the 3D tab to see your mat configuration rendered with real product models. Drag to orbit, scroll to zoom.
6. View in AR — Switch to the AR tab to see your mat in augmented reality. On mobile, tap "View in Your Space" to place the mat in your room using your camera.
7. Share your layout — Click the 🔗 Share button to copy a link that anyone can open to see your exact configuration.
8. Add to Cart — Click Add to Cart to add all the pieces to your Shopify cart for purchase.
9. Request a Quote — For configurations with 8 or more pieces, a quote request option appears to get volume pricing.

Piece Types:

• Corner (34"×34") — L-shaped connector for right-angle turns
• End (40"×32") — Cap piece with teeth on one short side
• Center (38"×32") — Straight connector with teeth on both short sides

T-junctions are not supported — pieces connect in straight lines or right-angle turns only.
