7 things to know about holiday shipping at WellnessMats
1. Every mat ships on its own timeline
Each WellnessMat falls into one of three shipping windows: 3–5 business days, 7–10 business days, or 4 weeks for made-to-order styles. The window can differ by size or color, so check the product page for the exact one you want.
2. In-stock mats are the safest last-minute gift
In-stock styles ship within 3–5 business days. They have the latest cutoffs: Saturday, November 21 for Thanksgiving and Sunday, December 20 for Christmas.
3. Made-to-order mats need about 4 weeks
Made-to-order styles are built after you order, so they need more lead time. To get one by Christmas, order by Friday, November 27. For Thanksgiving, the window closes Thursday, October 29.
4. The guide groups mats by shipping speed
The Holiday Shipping Guide sorts every mat into its shipping group, so you can shop only the styles that will make your date. Groups appear fastest first.
5. Pick your holiday to see your dates
Choose Thanksgiving, Hanukkah or Christmas at the top of the guide. Every group updates its order-by date for that holiday, and the guide opens on the next holiday that still has time.
6. A live countdown shows how long you have left
Each order-by date has a countdown that ends at 11:59 PM Central Time. When a window closes, it's marked closed, and those mats will arrive after the holiday.
7. Holiday returns run through January 25, 2027
Anything bought from November 27 through December 24 can be returned through January 25, 2027. If the size or color isn't right, there's time to swap it after the holidays.

Can I still order after the deadline?
