Digital Marketing Analyst

General Summary:

The Digital Marketing Analyst works directly with Management on all online presence and strategic visions for our eCommerce sites. The Digital Marketing Analyst manages the accounts from start to finish, including set up and any account changes as needed.

  • Assist Management in determining digital spends by analyzing analytics and ROI for our own websites.
  • Manages KPI’s along with building a budget around marketing campaigns.
  • Generate keywords and SEO campaigns to assist sales and marketing efforts.
  • Conduct market research to better understand and implement UX/UI improvements to our site.
  • Help maintain a cohesive voice through our website, social and digital copy.
  • Maintain brand standards across websites and dealer portals where our content is hosted.
  • Work with the management team to oversee our overall brand presence on the Amazon marketplace, such as implementation and maintenance of product updates, pricing, and advertising.
  • Works closely with the Business Development Director on brainstorming new campaigns and product launches and how to incorporate new campaigns on our sites.
  • Associates Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Ad Campaign Management & Strategies.
  • Proficiency in Amazon Marketing (ie., sponsored brand and keyword strategies)
  • Must have experience working with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Weebly, SquareSpace, Wix, Wordpress, etc.)
  • Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) preferred, but not required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail coupled with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Organized and able to prioritize workflow.
  • Effective in making decisions with limited support, all necessary facts, understanding assumptions and risks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Website development experience preferred, but not required
