What is the return policy for WellnessMats?
Start by contacting our Customer Service at 800-981-4979 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. When the RA is obtained, our Customer Service will contact you back with the information to write on the outside of the box, and supply you an address to send the mat back to. If the return is a warranty related issue, a defective mat or is the wrong size or color, a UPS call tag will be issued to pick up the mat. If the return is the customer’s choice or the customer does not like the color, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return. If the mat is being exchange, the replacement mat will be sent after the returned mat is in-house. If the mat is being returned for credit, then a credit will be issued after the mat is in-house.
I bought a WellnessMat but don’t like the color, how can I exchange it?

When returning or exchanging my WellnessMat, how do I roll my mat and pack it back up?
All WellnessMats come with our 30 day money back guarantee. We recommend at least keeping the original box for this period of time just in case. If you have ordered a 3’x2’ WellnessMat, we recommend not rolling it but shipping it back flat in its original container. If you have to roll your WellnessMat or any other size mat, simply roll it with the top of the mat (Logo side) visible on the outside. Turn mat over with the top side down; Roll mat and place in original box. Rolling the mats incorrectly will cause damage to the mat and could forfeit your warranty.
