All orders being placed from Canada, we recommend phoning in your order so proper taxes and duties can be applied to your order. Locating a retailer in the Canadian area closes to you is also encouraged and a WellnessMats representative can assist you with locating one. If you choose to purchase online, any additional taxes and duties will be added at a later date and you will be notified and charged separately once they are determined.

If you ordered a WellnessMat from any of our retailers or from us directly, you will want to save the original shipping box until you are completely satisfied. All WellnessMats must be returned in its original packaging if you plan on returning your mat.
